Jamieson W. Fish

Mr. Fish practices Intellectual Property Law in the Electrical and Software Arts. Mr. Fish’s practice focuses on patent portfolio development and counseling for organizations of all sizes.  He works with organizations to develop and execute Intellectual Property strategies consistent with their business goals.

Mr. Fish has significant experience licensing, evaluating, and procuring Patents related to Standards-based Technologies. While working in-house, Mr. Fish conducted licensing negotiations and developed a corporate IP strategy, which included developing and enforcing an international portfolio of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. While attending The George Washington University Law School, Mr. Fish worked full-time as a Student Associate and as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in the Telecommunication Arts.
